All our LED tubes are direct replacements for a same length of standard fluorescent tube. Pin connectors are identical. There is no requirement for the starter and this should be disposed of.
There is also no requirement for the Ballast which can be disconnected. It is not essential to remove the Ballast, it can be safely left in place, but will consume a small current and slightly reduce the efficiency of the LED Tube.
If unsure about any of the electrical connections you should consult a qualified electrician.
